Heavy boots (sometimes also called sabatons or armored boots) are the heaviest form of foot protection available in Swords & Potions, as they provide full armor to one of the more vulnerable locations on the body. As such, they are preferred by customers who primarily engage in hand-to-hand combat, specifically the Barbarian, Berserker, Guard, Knight, Paladin, and Soldier.
Heavy boots are one of the smallest categories in the game, even with the addition of the new plated boots, so you may find suggesting them to customers difficult. All heavy boots require the cooperation of the blacksmith and the tailor, with the dragoon's sabatons also needing the sorceress.
The following table shows the properties of all heavy boots in Swords & Potions. Token recipes are indicated by blue shading.
