Rings confer various magical benefits to their wearer. As they are an accessory, they will be accepted by any class in Swords & Potions, but generally with a relatively low success rate (except when suggesting in place of another ring).

Rings are relatively high-end items, as all of them require at least one rare material and many of them require more than one type. Because of their magical nature, the sorceress is involved in crafting all of them (except the thief's mark), although she requires cooperation from either the blacksmith or carpenter.

In general, rings do not offer a great rate of return on your usage of rare materials, so if you're looking to maximize your profit from rare materials, most rings are a bad idea. The big exception is the ring of conservation, which offers one of the best price to rare material ratios for a non-token recipe, as it only takes 1 gem to make and sells for 7380 gold.

The following table shows the properties of all rings in Swords & Potions. Token recipes are indicated by blue shading.
